We’ve teamed up with an excellent, fully insured local courier so that we can pick up and then return your Laptop or PC at a time and place that’s convenient for you. Below is a map showing prices by postcode. If you’re not in this area and still want to use us, just call 020 7099 4577 for a quote.
If you live in Wandsworth we offer a free courier service within a 1 mile radius of Wandsworth Town, south of the River.
The Service
Book by 10.00am for same day pickup. All prices are non VATable so prices shown above are final for each journey to & from our offices. To book just submit the online Booking form here:
Booking does not oblige you to pay for any labour charges as we offer free diagnosis on receipt of your computer. You will have to prepay the relevant courier charges but only after we have confirmed your booking.
PLEASE BACK UP ALL OF YOUR DATA / PHOTOS / MUSIC BEFORE SENDING YOUR COMPUTER. You are insured for theft or damage to the computer whilst in transit but not for data loss.
What Happens Next
Once your booking is confirmed a courier will turn up with a foam lined box. If you’ve got a Laptop then please also send your AC Adapter / Battery Charger. For PC’s all we need is the box, nothing else! The courier will ask you to sign a collection sheet and that’s it!
We’ll receive the package same day and will contact you with our diagnosis, recommendations and price confirmation as soon as possible. Then you can decide whether or not you want to continue with the fix, or just want the machine returned.
